Today, we witnessed a moment of silence with deep gratitude as the Lae Snax Tigers Women's and Men's teams, along with opposing clubs and spectators, gathered before their matches to pay tribute to the late Lady Colette Chow.

​We extend our sincere thanks to the Lae Rugby League competition management, sponsors, players and supporters for offering their heartfelt condolences and support to the Chow family during this sorrowful time.

A special Memorial Mass was held last evening at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lae, in loving memory of Lady Colette Chow.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the members of the Lae business community, colleagues, staff, and friends who graced us with their presence to offer prayers and support.

For those wishing to pay their final respects, a necrological service will be held on Tuesday, August 11, at 10:30 am, across the following locations:
POM: St. Joseph Church, Boroko
Lae: St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Top Town
Australia: Our Lady of Dolours Church, Chatswood

Ronald Warisan, representing the Lae City Football Club management and team, acknowledged and thanked the Chow family and Lae Biscuit Company for their continued sponsorship over the years.
Mr. Warisan added that this timely sponsorship has boosted their morale as they aim for strong performances in Fiji in the coming weeks.
Having supported the Lae City Football Club for several years, we remain committed to investing in local sports, promoting regional teams, and encouraging youth participation.
