חזרתי לגלוש אחרי שנה של שיקום קשה מפציעת גב לא ברורה. היו לי לא מעט חששות לטוס כי אני עדיין לא ב100% שלי, אבל לשמחתי היה לי טיול גלישה מצויין.

אוכל טוב, הרבה שינה וגלים פשוט מושלמים. הרגשתי כמו ילד שוב.

שום דבר לא מובן לי מאליו. תודה לאשתי המדהימה שנותנת לי את כל הגב שאני צריך ולבורא עולם על הזכות להינות ככה במקום שהוא כמו בית שני עבורי.

I am back surfing after over a year of intense recovery from an unclear back injury.

Good food. A lot of sleep and perfect waves.

Nothing goes without saying. Thanks to my wife that gives me all the support I need and thanks GOD as my keeper allowing me to have the best time at a place that became a second home to me.

Had a great time visiting the big apple.
This city has a crazy amount of energy!

נדב אתר הוא ישראלי שעבר עם משפחתו לקוסטה ריקה כשהיה בן 6. התאהב בגלישה, והפך אותה לדרך חיים.

את נדב פגשתי לפני כמה שנים בחוף פולג, באופן ספונטני הוא הצטרף לאימון ומאז המשכנו להתאמן יחד 3 שנים.

נפגשנו בחו״ל למחנות אימון, עשינו זום על גלים שהמאמן שלו צילם בקוסטה ריקה, וגם כשהגיע לבקר בארץ לא וויתר על ההזדמנות להתאמן.

איזו זכות!
נדב אתה כישרון על. אתה מצחיק וחבר טוב. נהנתי מכל רגע איתך. גם כשלא הלך לך, והרגשת שיש בך יותר ממה שאתה מצליח להוציא, תמיד הרמת את הראש מעל המים וידעת שהיום שלך יבוא. אמרת את זה, והאמנתי לך, ובך.

את היסטורית הגלישה של ישראל בעולם, התחלת לשכתב היום כשזכית במקום השני באליפות העולם לנוער עד 20 בפיליפינים. אני בטוח שעוד תמשיך לעשות זאת בהמשך.

is an Israeli who moved to Costa Rica with his family at the age of 6, fell in-love with surfing and made it a life main focus.

I met Nadav when he visited Israel back in the summer of 2022 and we were training together for 3 years.

We worked in Israel and met at other places around the world for training camps. We even went to a “special doctor” to help us learn to overcome nervous at conception. We went to the gym and did plenty of video analysis by zoom to keep in touch.

What a privilege!
Nadav you are a true talent, you’re funny and a great friend.

Even at time things didn’t go your way, you kept your head high and said you weren’t worried because you know your day will come when you can showcase the world your level of surfing.

Today you rewrote Israeli’s surfing history and I believe there’s more to come from you

I am proud of you and I am lucky to have worked with you.
