Switchfoot surf School is located in California and Bocas Del Toro, Panama. We offer surf lessons for all levels, surf excursions, tours and retreats.

Welcome to the SURF'SUP Surf School page. We operate surf lessons out of Red Frog Beach in Bocas Del Toro, Panama. We offer daily trips to many of the surrounding beaches and breaks including Bluff Beach, Paunch, Black Rock and Long Beach. Our instructors are certified in CPR and water safety.
