A message from Clark ~

Kia ora koutou,

I did a post 6 months ago to start up Boxfit/Circuit Type Class but injured myself, so am now ready to get back into it ๐ŸฅŠ

We did our first trial class last week at Coastal Fitness and I am running a second one this Wednesday 16th of Sep at 6pm.

Spaces are limited and I am capping these at 10 people and I have 3 locked in. If you are interested, please join the group [Ngunguru Boxfit/Circuit Class] ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

and click on the poll.

If you wish to know anything else about the type of class or myself, please scroll to the start of the Group Page which has all this info.

STRENGTH TRAINING DOESNโ€™T HAVE TO BE COMPLICATED. ๐Ÿ’ช

A simple set of dumbbells can give you a full-body workout:

๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Squats โ€” legs & glutes
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Rows โ€” back & arms
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Shoulder press โ€” shoulders & upper body
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Romanian deadlifts โ€” hamstrings & glutes
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Chest press โ€” chest & triceps
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Bicep curls โ€” biceps & arms
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Deadlifts โ€” glutes, hamstrings & back
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Calf raises โ€” calves
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Lunges โ€” legs & glutes
(see our wall chart for more!)

Strength training helps build muscle, support strong bones and joints, improve balance and make everyday life easier ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Weโ€™ve got one heck of a finals weekend coming up!

Four massive NRL clashes, and the Warriors are right in the thick of it. Can the boys get the job done against the Dolphins and keep the dream alive?

Friday night kicks things off, Saturday brings a double-header, and Sunday wraps it all up with another cracker.

Big screens, cold drinks, great company and plenty of finals footy. What more do you need?

Get down to the Club, grab your mates and settle in for a huge weekend of rugby league.

Members & Guests Welcome!

Spring is here! ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’

Longer days, a bit more sunshine and a fresh season ahead.

Itโ€™s a good time to spring into a little reset โ€” get back into a routine, move a bit more and make time for yourself.

Hereโ€™s to spring! ๐Ÿ’™

See you at the Gym! ๐Ÿ‘‹
