Someone at the gym asked me this morning what I was training for.

I laughed and said “a strong old lady body” 😂

But it actually got me thinking.

I train because I want to be strong now, but also in 10, 20, 30 years. I want to travel, adventure, keep up with my kids and hopefully still be lifting weights when I'm 80.

I train because it makes my head feel good. And because I genuinely love feeling strong.

And apparently I'm now training to beat my 11 year old in an arm wrestle before he gets even stronger and I have absolutely no chance.

So I'm stealing the question...

What are you training for?
