It's almost Christmas!

Here's our epic Summer Schedule:
We keep training, because awesome never stops :)

- 6 PM classes every Mon, Tue and Wed.
Overseen by the most senior member in the room
No Sparring, no rolling, no Dutch Drills.
Pad and Bag Work only.

- 25-26 Dec, and 1-2 Jan.

- Fight Class
FINISHED FOR THE YEAR
Restart on Tue 20th Jan

- Sparring
FINISHED FOR THE YEAR
Restart on Sat 24th Jan

If you use the space by yourself please adhere to the rules:
- No sparring,
- no rolling,
- no Dutch Drills,
- playing around without proper oversight.

What you can do:
- bag work by yourself
- pad work with a partner
- clean up after yourself.

Always good to have some size in the room.
