Term 3 〰️ Embodied Integration ≋ supporting reconnection through movement, stillness + choice

I’m really looking forward to offering this group again for another term ♡

Together with Lisa Chaplow ~ Counsellor and Certified Hakomi Somatic Therapist, we’ll be holding a supportive space to explore movement, stillness + choice. An invitation to reconnect with yourself, in your own way and at your own pace.

This group is for women aged 18+ with an existing ACC sensitive claim who are currently working with an ACC-registered therapist.

If this feels like it could be supportive for you, or someone you know, I’d love to connect ✺

Send me a DM or email if you’d like to know more 〰️ x

The shift into winter can feel beautiful… and also a little bit weird. the light changes outside the window, and somehow it shifts something in us too.

From a yoga perspective, this is a time for tending to the energy body through reflection and gentle, nourishing movement. a reminder that we’re wired for connection 〰️ and that too much isolation can sometimes feel a little heavy through this season.

To support you through the colder months, we’re offering 10% off all Yogabee class passes until Sunday 14 June ✨

presence invites us back 〰️

back to the breath.
back to the body.
back to this moment.

awareness becomes a gentle companion, guiding us back whenever the mind wanders.

there is something powerful about simply being here, just as you are.

you are right here x

What if you decided to just be today? to sit with the very experience you’re in. to observe the moment, to soften the need for things to be different. could you sit with it?

Santosha (संतोष) is one of the niyamas from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Translated from Sanskrit to mean contentment, not in a passive way 〰️ more about choosing to be at ease with what is, without the need to change anything. an invitation to be in enoughness. that subtle shift from “I’ll feel better when…” to “I’m okay, even now.”

it’s a practice. it’s our practice. see you soon x
