The Masters Club Teams Championships gets underway today at Whangarei Squash Club, with an incredible 38 teams competing across 5 divisions over the next three days.

It's shaping up to be a massive weekend of squash, with plenty of exciting matches, great team spirit, and fierce competition on court. Best of luck to all teams taking part!

Winter Interclub Winners!

A massive congratulations to our division 3 team, who have taken out the Winter Interclub title!

It’s been a great season, with two of our Whanganui teams battling it out in the same division and a healthy rivalry developing along the way.

A fantastic result and a well-deserved reward for the commitment, teamwork and competitive spirit shown throughout the season.

Congratulations to the whole team James, Mike, Lane & Gerard - and a special mention to Pauline, who was also part of the winning team but couldn’t make the photo!

🔥 Day 2 of the 2026 Whanganui Open is underway! 🔥

After a fantastic opening day, we're back for another full day of squash with some exciting match-ups lined up across all divisions. There were plenty of great battles yesterday, and we're expecting even more as players fight for their place in the finals.

If you're around today, make sure you head down to the club, grab a seat courtside, and enjoy some top-quality squash. Good luck to everyone hitting the courts today—we're looking forward to seeing some more brilliant matches as the day unfolds!
