What a fantastic evening we had at Mitre 10 MEGA Whanganui Ladies Night this week!

So lovely to chat with SO many of you about your favorites beaches and see you match the signals and flags to what they mean!

A huge thanks to Esther at Mitre10 for organising the event, events like this are a huge feat to pull off and we know everyone had a great time.

The WSLS are super proud of the Wanganui Junior Surf kids who took on the first pool rescue competition of the season, held at the Capital Coast Champs held in Paraparamu this past weekend!

Think you're tough enough to take on the Whanganui Polar Plunge? 🥶🌊 The Whanganui Polar Plunge is back with Sport Whanganui!

Join us at Castlecliff Beach on Sunday 21 June from 12pm for a freezing good time, all in support of the incredible volunteers at Wanganui Surf Lifeguard Service Inc

Grab your mates, dust off your most outrageous costume, slip into your budgy smugglers, and take the plunge for a great local cause.

Afterwards, warm up with hot soup and a sausage sizzle.
