We are excited to bring you the Midlands Squad Trainings, this year run from Te Puna School Hall by Regional Head Coach Mr Elvin III Dan. These trainings are designed to help you build your confidence, sharpen your skills and technique, and prepare for you for competition.

🫟 These sessions are designed to help you prepare for the Nationals, hosted by Hamilton Taekwon-Do Club on 22-23 August 2026

🗓 Training dates:
Saturday's: 25 April, 9 & 30 May, 13 & 27 June, 11 & 25 July, 1 & 15 August
⏰️ Time: 9.30-11.30am training hall open 15 mins either side for help with machine setup/breakdown
📍 Location: Te Puna School Hall, cnr Te Puna/Borell Rds, Te Puna

💰 Cost:
☆ FREE for clubs out of Tauranga
☆ $3p/p for Silla and Hwa Rang members (towards the cost of the hall)

This year's National Kids Camp is fast approaching and spots are limited. For a low cost of $80 you can relieve yourself of your child (or children) for 2 nights while we take care of them and teach them some new skills, all the while they get to have fun and make some new friends. This camp sells out almost every time. So please, get involved and come along!

There are prizes for best costume (please save these for Saturday night) as well as the highly contested best baker awards. Categories are - junior best slice/biscuit, junior best cake, senior best slice/biscuit and senior best cake! Let the baking begin.

*please note - for baking we do request that all baking is nut free
