Den and Dave have been accepted to drive in the Sh*tbox Rally, August 2026 from Adelaide to Darwin.
The aim of the rally is to raise funds for cancer research and so far have raised over $60m AUD.

A bit tired but enjoying lunch and awards ceremony in the sun.
We will head out to the shops shortly after saying good bye to our rally family before our 1.15 am flight to Sydney then on to home landing at 2.30 Sunday afternoon

Wohoo, 5000km of soft driving and Basil got back what we paid for him (nearly)

All the vehicles going to auction are being cleaned out and stripped of signage- a bit sad as we have all got quite attached to our cars after 3700km and living out of them.
Anything of use is donated to hospice for sale and there is a skip for everything else.
A sad day but thank you all sooo much for your donations and support, we are 2 of a team of 100s to make this happen.
Our rally raised over $2m for cancer research so we have all done our part!

Emotional day as we prepare Basil for sale, and reflect on why we have done the rally, raising funds for Cancer Research.. even more poignant on Dales Birthday.. RIP Dale
Coming in to Darwin yesterday, unfortunately we passed the other kiwi car abandoned on the side of the road😔😢
They got within about 20 km from the finish line and Team “Always Keen” came to a halt - we really feel for them
