Ever feel like your own high standards are getting in the way?
Or you want to do something 'properly' so you wait for the right time. Or you go all-in and then struggle to maintain it, get caught up in mistakes, unfinished goals, or constantly feel like you should be doing 'better'?
If this sounds like you, this workshop is 100% for you!
We will help you navigate that mindset and explore where these patterns come from, how they can actually hold you back, and practical ways to progress without feeling consumed.
The goal isn’t to lower your standards, it’s to find more flexible ways to move forward, favouring progress and growth over unattainable perfection.
📅 Saturday, 5th September
⏰ 11am - 1pm
📍 ONI, Level 1, 124 Dixon Street
"Through my time as a Personal Trainer at ONI, and a Life Coach, I see many different humans working through a variety of challenges in all areas of life. A fairly consistent one, is trouble wrestling with the Perfectionist Mindset.
However you label it, the Perfectionist Mindset can range from a touch annoying, to downright debilitating. I've created this workshop to help us understand what this Mindset is, where it comes from, and tools to overcome its limitations. We'll dive into how to harness the helpful elements of it, and tools to address situations where it's a hindrance.
I'd love to see you there!" - Abi Baker, Wellness Workshop Facilitator

Come hang out with us at ONI for our next free community event 😈
On Saturday 9th May from 10:00am - 1:00pm, we’re running an open gym style social at ONI.
This is a chance to come in, train, hang out, have a coffee, eat some snacks, and enjoy a relaxed morning with other awesome people from the ONI community.
Bring your own training, do your own thing, or jump in and train alongside someone else if that feels more fun 💪
Laurent will be on coffee duty with oat and cow’s milk available for *almost barista level flatties, and Conor will also be doing some strongman training on the day. So if you’ve been curious about trying out some new equipment or seeing strongman training up close, this could be a fun chance to do that too.
You do not need to be a current ONI client or member to come along. Clients, members, friends, family, and anyone keen to check out the space are all welcome.
This event is free, but please register below so we know who’s coming.

Osteopathy is now available at ONI on Mondays 😈
We’re also very happy to welcome back Craig Dalton, who many of you may remember from his time with us years ago as a sports massage therapist!
Craig has now returned to ONI as an ACC registered osteopath, offering hands-on treatment to help with pain, injury, stiffness, headaches, mobility issues, and more.
If your issue is injury-related, there may be ACC support available too. Simply book in, and then Craig can lodge the ACC claim for you and take care of the process from there 😎
We’re stoked to have Craig back and excited to now offer osteopathy at ONI!
