UHCC - Monopoly - Play Online Now
"You can't pass go without following the law", unless you have UHCC playing cards in your back pocket.
Come see how some businesses get to avoid resource consenting requirements, obtain building consenting signoff CCC with a just single piece of paper, have their annual BWOF signed off and formally registered for specified systems that don't actually exist and those that do exist, but don't meet the conformance and compliance requirements of the building code and other relevant standards.
See how you can double your land and capital values while having done no significant works to properties in 10+ yrs, all while paying significantly less rates and services, eg 12x pans for the price of 1x.
UHCC can even hide the pipes from the system's for good players.
Watch the You Tube video linked in comments, to see how these principles can be utilised in real life scenarios.

- 25 year's of Systemic Failure, causing serious harm and injury, including being causative of loss of life. Yet the council continue to ignore, avoid, mislead, misrepresent and produce official material that falsely implies compliance and conformance has been met, including providing assurances to multiple authorities, EPA, MBIE, Public Health, WorkSafe, during formal investigations over multiple years.

- Avoiding Redress to Avoid Accountability.
Deputy Chair: Councillor Matt Carey raised the "External review into Mount Maunganui Beachside Holiday Park landslide", highlighting significant failures over multiple years (25 yrs), where nothing was done to avoid the situation, despite being identified as a significant risk. He also noted that systemic failures lead to deaths, multiple individual failures, not no individual failures. He raised the concern as to whether or not UHCC has any exposure or risk here that could or has been ignored or inadequately addressed.
