Progress comes from the habits you repeat. Train consistently, eat with intention, and trust the process.

DSTRCT-04 IS A LOCAL GROUP FITNESS GYM - SPECIALISING IN PROGRESSIVE WEIGHT TRAINING
Don’t focus on lifting the kettlebell, focus on driving your elbows up. Your shoulders will do the work they’re supposed to.

Save this for your next workout:
-8E x BB Single Leg Split Squats (4 Sets)
-8 x BB Squats (4 Sets)
-8 x BB Hip Thrusts (4 Sets)
-8 x DB RDL (4 Sets)
The best results come from what you do consistently, not occasionally.
One hard workout won’t change your habits, but showing up week after week will. Stay patient, trust the process, and let consistency do the heavy lifting.
Staying consistent is more about structure rather than “being motivated” it’s actually a system not a mindset.
This is the framework we use with our members.
1. Understand your goal
2. Why’s it important
3. Set your schedule and non negotiables for the week
4. Execute
You fall off we help you get back on plan.
POV: you have someone who won’t let you stop at ‘good enough’
Want to maximise every workout? Try drop sets.
Reach failure, lighten the load, and squeeze out more reps.
Instead of just pulling the weight, focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of every rep.
Imagine you’re trying to pinch someone’s fingers between your shoulder blades, then pause for a second before lowering the weight.
That small pause can help you actually feel your back doing the work, not just your arms.
You don’t have to give up the foods you love to lose weight.
When Jacob started at 140kg, it wasn’t about cutting out every takeaway meal, it was about making better choices consistently. Instead of three burgers, get one. Instead of eating on autopilot, be intentional.
Small decisions, repeated daily, helped him go from 140kg to 99kg.
You don’t need to make drastic changes to see results.
Small intentional changes are what matter when trying to stay consistent whether that’s in the gym or with your diet.
