I never take it for granted when someone chooses to spend an hour of their week with me. Life is busy, and there are so many options out there, so receiving feedback like this is incredibly humbling. 💚

Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be part of your journey. My hope is that everyone who walks through my clinic door feels welcomed, listened to and cared for.

Messages like this fill my cup and remind me why I love what I do. ✨

Every person’s experience is unique.

One of the biggest myths I hear is that once you hit your 50s, you’ve missed your chance to get stronger.

The reality is, you can still build strength, learn new skills and improve your fitness. Your body is incredibly adaptable, and there is still so much potential to grow.

The difference isn’t that you can’t improve. It’s that recovery becomes just as important as training.

Rest days aren’t a sign of weakness. Sleep isn’t optional. Good nutrition, mobility and listening to your body become every bit as important as showing up and putting in the work.

Progress might look a little different than it did in your 20s, but it’s still progress.

Don’t be afraid to try something new, even if it feels uncomfortable at first. Learning new movements challenges your body, keeps your mind engaged, and reminds you that it’s never too late to discover what you’re capable of.

Whether you’re 25, 50 or 75, your body is designed to adapt when you give it the right challenge, and the right recovery.

Performance training isn’t just for elite athletes. It’s for anyone who wants to challenge themselves, build strength and discover what they’re capable of. Everyone starts somewhere, and with the right coaching, you can continue to progress for years to come.

If you’ve been thinking about trying strength training, HYROX or performance-based training but haven’t quite taken the leap, this is your sign. Come and give it a go. You don’t need to be fit to start, you just need to start.

I’m lucky enough to coach alongside an incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and supportive team. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, move better, or simply challenge yourself in a new way, you’ll be welcomed, supported and coached every step of the way.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time, this is it.

Post-Hyrox adventures

After all the training and racing, it was time to explore! wandering the streets of Sigtuna, stepping back in time at the Vasa Museum, to kayaking through the stunning Stockholm Archipelago…lots of chats with the fam.

So much fun, so many memories, and the perfect mix of racing and exploring. 🇸🇪❤️

A massive shout-out to our incredible support crew from the Urban team - your energy and cheers got us through this race ❤️

And to my amazing teammate Becs… thank you for flying all the way to Sweden and absolutely smashing it out of the park with me. What an adventure and what a performance! And of course to my family who travelled all the way from NZ and Aussie to cheer us on every single run lap!

Now it’s time to soak it all in, pat ourselves on the back, and enjoy a week in this very cool place! Bring on the pastries!

Training should build you up, not break you down
Especially when you’re just starting

I’ve realised if you’ve landed here and don’t know me, this page might feel a little… confusing.

That’s because my world isn’t just one thing - neither am I.

I’m a coach, a competitor, and a clinician.
I’m also a mum, and I work in spaces that influence health at a systems level.

So my posts? They’re a reflection of that mix.

You’ll see training, because I love pushing my body and helping others do the same.
You’ll see care, because supporting mental health and wellbeing is at the heart of what I do.
You’ll see real life, because balance isn’t something I just talk about - it’s something I’m constantly navigating too.

My kaupapa is simple:
To help people live the happiest, healthiest lives they can - using every tool I have.

That might look like movement.
It might look like rest.
It might look like support, connection, or small, practical shifts that make a big difference over time.

If you’re here for all of that - hi 👋
