Matariki is giving you a long weekend — make the most of it.

This Sunday 12 July, we're opening all six courts and inviting the community in for a free morning of badminton. No experience needed, no gear required, all ages welcome.

Have A Go Day runs in two sessions:
Slot A: 10:00 – 11:30am
Slot B: 11:30am – 1:00pm

There's plenty to get into across the morning — free coaching tasters on a junior and adult court, shuttle cannons with prizes up for grabs, on-court challenges and mini competitions, and King of the Court running throughout. Grab a passport on arrival, collect stamps at each activity, and a full passport goes in the prize draw at the end of your session. Mystery bag prizes include membership credit and more.

Whether you want to get the kids active over the long weekend or you're a social player looking to get back on court, this morning is for you.

Registration is essential — book your slot before the day.
