The ground is sodden, there is flooding in some places
We haven't been able to mow anything all week
Given the current wind the road may be dicey
At best, the forecast fine weather for Sunday will let the course dry a little

On a sunny Thursday 4 teenagers walked on to our 1st tee.
When asked about their payments:
1 guy had paid.
1 said "I usually pay but couldn't be bothered today"
1 said "I don't know how to pay" - presumably he didn't ask his mates or read the A3 sized 'How to pay your green fees' notice
The last 1 said "I haven't paid either"

3 guys were told "Go home, Don't come back"

Even if we don't speak to you in person we keep an eye on the transactions going through the eft-pos machine so we do know when you have or haven't paid.

It is currently 'bloody cold' (technical term) in the valley.
