Not sure if anyone else has had problems with One formally Vodafone, but be careful if you leave “one” service!! My experience is they just continue to bill for services they no longer provide!! I can see why consumer has rated them so low!! Maybe they should invest more in providing better services rather than annoying ads!!! Any way thought I would share!! G

Yoga classes Sundays 4pm

Hi there,

Just confirming Sunday 4pm Yoga continues at The Hub Kilbirinie,

If you are free to do some yoga Sunday afternoon, would be great to see you!

The classes are a blended Hatha yoga style class, with Breathing techniques, yin and yang posture, ending with deep relaxation.

If you haven’t come for a while, come for free! Would be great to see you again, feel free to bring friends and family as well, (its a big space)

I have some spare mats if needed.
