Women's Self-Defence Seminar Krav Maga.
We are excited to run this fundraising campaign. All the fees will be going to Breast Cancer foundation.
It's a 3 hour Seminar to equip women with some life saving skills in a fun safe way.

Krav Maga Global

Low light training and using a torch to protect yourself.

Students learned how to strike in the dark and how to use a light up area to their advantage without getting blinded by a light.

We looked at a choke from the side and ad some powerful strikes to a bag, trying to get to reality when striking an attacker. Most of the time, when students train together, they can not hit their training partner with power.

Students got put in stress drills in a low light with lots of noise and a sharp light.

This past week has been full on in classes, with students delving into defences against straight punch drills on Tuesday, our more advanced students taking on the additional challenge of having to hold an item with one hand, learning to deal with a limitation at the same time.

Then on Thursday, our class explored some different ways to defend against chokes… both standing and on the ground.

Saturday's fight class.
Done some bag and my favorite Thai Pat's.
Combo's were focused on vulnerable areas.
Between combo's, students need to do 10 turns and going back to the bag. Idea is to mimic being hit to the head and still continues with the fight.

Back to normal again.
Saturday Dirty Fighting Class and ended it off with breathing exercises.
These excercises helped me a lot after I was car hijacked.
