Big reminder about the coming weekend folks - we have some evening meals to feed you and your families after your weekend comps - you can also watch RUGBY on Saturday - check out the special being added to the menu - we're (s)mashing the Irish.

Will we make it 3/3 and beat the Irish - to be sure, to be sure.

Sunday is ROAST PORK WITH CRACKLING:
Rolled Pork Loin and Crackling, served with Winter Vegetables, Apple Chutney and Light Gravy.
Dessert: Apple and Brown Butter Crumble with Vanilla Custard and Ice cream.

Don't have lawn envy - but don't have sign envy either - get your own! We have only TWO spots left - both "double signs" (white and yellow tees) - "Hinakura" and "The Hook". Who wants in???

It’s tough playing conditions out there currently - golf for the hardy that is for sure. We have one CLOSED HOLE ( #12 has trees down and others in danger of coming over + with big winds forecast it will stay closed for a bit) and plenty of new water features.

It’s unlikely that carts will be back quickly.

The good news is our ablutions block is back up and running.

Bring a healthy dose of patience with you when you come to play - we’re open but it’s not for the faint-hearted.

Heads up Junior golfers - we have two days this week aside just for you. They each combine a refresher lesson, followed by a 9 hole game at a cost of $30 for each day:

Monday 12pm
Putting lesson

You will be put into similar skill levels groups for a 9 hole game, with a chance to learn a bit about course management. The game will feature a putting competition - the person with the least putts wins!

We will have a simple “prizegiving” after the 9 holes.

We should be done by 3:00pm

Wednesday 10 am
Pitching lesson + full swing refresher

You will be put into groups for a 9 hole ambrose game - the team with the lowest gross score will win!

We will have a simple “prizegiving” after the 9 holes.

July School holidays - junior activities Please use this form to register for our school holiday activities for the last week of the July school holidays (bring on the sun). Each day is a cost of $30 to be paid at the office.

Good weather for ducks, but not for golfers. We’re closed AGAIN today, but there’s plenty of lovely warm coffee spots open in town. Do them a favour and pay a visit.

The rain has eased so you might get a good wintery walk in. ( just imagine you have your clubs with you) 😝

This Saturday we are at it again - showing The AB's versus Italy on the big screen.

The game starts at 5:10 and we will have our usual menu as well as an Italian special of house made pizzas - Meat Lover's or Margherita (with optional Champagne Ham) for just $20.
