🚴 Expressions of Interest – Trust House Road Series (Starting September) 🚴

We're looking to gauge interest in putting together iRIDE teams for this year's Trust House Road Series, with the aim of having riders represented across multiple grades if the numbers are there.

If you're keen, we'd ask that you can commit to most of the races so we can build consistent teams and make the series as enjoyable as possible for everyone.

Organised road racing around New Zealand is under pressure, and without rider support, events like these become increasingly difficult to run. We'd love to do our part to help keep these races alive—not only because they're a great day out, but because they provide an important pathway for riders wanting to learn, develop and race.

Whether you're an experienced racer or looking to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.

Another Saturday, another chance to get out on the bike.
☕ Volco opens from 7:30am, so come down early for a coffee and a catch-up before we roll.

Our usual social, no-drop ride for those looking for an easier-paced morning.

🚴 iRIDE Shop Ride
This week's route heads Porirua → Whenua Tapu → Whitby → home, around 2 hr 45 min. This is a drop ride. Riders should be comfortable riding at a steady group pace (gentle this time of year), know the route, and be self-sufficient with spares and nutrition. (we hope to have GPX Maps available soon).

The new SL9 has officially dropped. No doubt there'll be plenty of opinions over coffee before and after the ride.

As much as we'd love to be out riding with you all, Mother Nature has other ideas today.

With Wellington under a severe weather warning and wind gusts reported at up to 150km/h, we're calling today's iRIDE Shop Ride off. No ride is worth taking unnecessary risks.
Instead...

☕ Pop into iRIDE for a coffee and a yarn.
🚴 Or rack up some kilometres indoors on the trainer.

🚴‍♂️ Saturday Shop Ride – June 20 🚴‍♀️

The weather is looking a little mixed for Saturday, but we're planning to roll as usual.
Rapha Ride
☕ Coffee from 7:30am at Volco
🗣 Ride briefing 7:45am

⏱ Approx. 2 hours
📍 A social pace around the bays and a great introduction to group riding.

iRIDE Shop Ride

Current plan is to head north through Porirua, tackle Moonshine Road, then return via the motorway. With the forecast remaining a little unsettled, we'll assess conditions on the morning and adjust the route if required.

As always, both rides are self-supported. Please bring spares, tools, nutrition and appropriate clothing for the conditions.
