NGĀ MATA O TE ARIKI HOE – WEATHER UPDATE
Kia ora koutou,
We’re keeping a close eye on the southerly forecast this week.
We will be racing this weekend. At this stage, we expect conditions to improve in time for racing on Saturday. If needed, racing may move to Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.
PLEASE REMEMBER
• It will be cold – bring the right gear and warm layers.
• If you get cold, come down to the club house to warm up.
• Hot showers and hot drinks will be available.
• Spray skirts and life jackets are compulsory.
• Single paddlers should choose a distance that suits the conditions.
REFUNDS
If the race time changes and you can’t make the revised schedule, refunds will be available if you let us know by 5.00 pm Thursday.
