When you believe you have an important message to share that will help someone else - even if it’s just 1 person - and they let you know it’s meant something, that’s what makes it all worthwhile doesn’t it?

I built this workshop with PRINZ because as a leadership architect, I see the same pattern on repeat — brilliant specialists step into leadership and try to lead the way they used to deliver.
It doesn’t work. The promotion was the easy part. What nobody prepares you for is the shift in how you lead.

You got the promotion. Nobody told you that was the easy part.
Your title changed. Your leadership identity hasn’t caught up yet. You’re still delivering like a specialist — at greater volume, with less time — because nobody showed you what the shift actually looks like. How to show up and influence differently.
I call it DRIFT. The gap between who you are, where you’re heading and the extraordinary impact only you can create.
I’ve spent 26 years in communications leadership and I didn’t just watch this pattern, I lived it. I ended up doing 2 jobs - the specialist and the leader - spread too thin, shrank in confidence and ultimately burnt out. Not the leadership progression I’d hoped for.
