We are a grassroots rugby club with a strong and supportive committee and community; representing players from ages 4 - 13 throughout the Mahurangi area and affiliated with the North Harbour Rugby competition.

ππ MAHURANGI U11 GIRLS INVITATIONAL ππ
What a successful weekend at Mahurangi Rugby Club, topped off with our inaugural U11 Girls Invitational RIP Tournament on Sunday!
With 10 teams and 30 games, it was awesome to see so many girls out on the field competing, having fun and representing their clubs with plenty of skill, determination and great sportsmanship.
A massive congratulations to Massey for taking out the top spot and becoming our very first tournament champions! ππ
A huge thank you to Helensville, Kumeu, Northcote, Silverdale, WaitΔkere, East Coast Bays and our Mahurangi teams for making the trip and helping make our first tournament such a success. π
And of course, days like this simply donβt happen without the people behind the scenes. A massive thank you to all of our referees, coaches, managers, parents and volunteers who stepped up throughout the day. Whether you were on the whistle, running a team, helping on the BBQ, setting up fields or simply lending a hand wherever it was needed, we appreciate you!
An awesome way to celebrate and continue growing the girlsβ game. Weβre already looking forward to the next one! π

Ponsonby 10βs Tournament π
Mahu brought a team of young guns who were keen to test themselves and get stuck into a great day of footy this past Sunday.
It was a tough start against a strong North Shore side, but the boys regrouped, showed plenty of heart and picked up a couple of good wins to earn their way into the 3rd/4th playoff.
A really solid effort from the whole group, with plenty to be proud of. No doubt there were a few sore little bodies come Monday morning!

β BIG UPS TO OUR U85s STARS! β
A massive thank you to Tom Tyrrell, Sam Mason, Jak Carden, and Coach Andy Macdonald for coming down this week and helping out with our J2 team! ππ
It means a lot to these younger kids having the older boys and coaches giving up their time to get involved. They were all absolutely buzzing to have you there!

πππ A successful evening for our Mahu Girls Tackle!
What a great way for the Mahu Dynamite to wrap up their short but awesome tackle season!
This group has really embraced the opportunity to play tackle rugby, growing in confidence, skills and teamwork with every game. Most importantly, theyβve had plenty of fun out on the field together! πͺπ
Itβs been awesome to see the team develop over the season and weβre excited to keep building on this momentum.
Weβre already looking forward to next year and continuing to grow our Mahu Girls Tackle teams! ππ
