Day one and this old doe stepped out in front of us.
Frothing at the mouth, no kid, clearly on her last legs. Aged out at 15-16 years old — a true relic of the backcountry. Easy decision to take her before we pushed on for a buck.

500-550 inches of red stag and without a doubt the heaviest beamed animal we’ve put on the ground. This one stopped us in our tracks the moment we laid eyes on him through the glass. A very special animal for a very special client — a long time friend of Frontier Guiding who well and truly deserved this one!💯
