• All Levels Adults (16+) — Tues–Fri 12:00pm
• All Levels Adults (16+) — Tues–Thurs 6:30pm & Fri 5:30pm

A year ago I never imagined I’d be in this position. Now I get the privilege of using Muay Thai to help empower our rangatahi and give back to the community. Truly grateful for this opportunity and excited for what’s ahead. ❤️🥊

Today marks the beginning of another exciting chapter as Complete Coaching Hawke's Bay officially begins another three years delivering the He Poutama Rangatahi programme across Central Hawke's Bay.

For the past two years, we've had the privilege of walking alongside local rangatahi, supporting them into employment, education and training while building confidence, resilience and brighter futures. We're excited to build on those successes over the next three years.

We're proud to have an amazing HPR team and fantastic collaborators, including 42 Mana, who will bring functional fitness and Muay Thai into the programme to strengthen hauora, confidence, discipline and connection.

If you know a rangatahi aged 15–24 who is disengaged from education, employment or training, or simply needs some extra support to find their pathway, we'd love to hear from you. If they meet the HPR eligibility criteria, we would love to help!
