THE FOX IS BACK FOR EDITION 7!

As Foxy takes on the best in the world at The Tour Championship this week, we're beginning our countdown to the seventh edition of The Fox Fishing & Golf Festival, presented by Shimano, at Waihi Beach this December.

The popular event is once again a sell-out, with 24 teams from around New Zealand and guests from the USA and Australia enjoying an epic few days in pursuit of the coveted Fox trophy!

The Fox also raises funds for two vital local volunteer organisations. To date, over $260,000 has been donated to our good friends at Waihi Beach Surf Lifesaving Club and Waihi Beach Volunteer Coastguard.

Special thanks to our teams, sponsor partners, venue partners, celebrity skippers.....and, of course, our super host Ryan Fox for what promises to be another fun few days.

Go Low – Smiles All Around Lately! 👏😍
The winter season has been well supported by our Friday and Sunday regulars, with plenty of good golf, good scores and a lot of smiles along the way.

Friday Twos – Just $5
Friday Twos has seen a heap of twos throughout the winter, so we thought we’d honour the achievement with Pro V1s. Why not!
Everyone who takes part, whether they score a two or not, is automatically entered into our end-of-season draw. And it’s a good one!
One lucky winner will take home a winter outfit featuring a pair of FootJoy trousers and a FootJoy jacket. The draw will be held on the last Sunday in September.

Sunday All-Day Haggles – Just $8
Our Sunday all-day $8 haggle has also really taken off, particularly on those sunny, fine golfing days.
With some well-placed players taking home club vouchers to spend right here at the club, everyone is vying for the top prize – the all-new Titleist SM11 Vokey Wedge of their choice.
The player with the best four stableford scores over the winter season will take home the ultimate prize.
