Hello disc golfers!

This Sunday (30th August) the weather seems ok and surprisingly warm (at least according to Metservice. So we will plan to play the southern 9 of the Moonshine Park Disc Golf Course.

If you would like to come out for some free beginners disc golf lessons we are meeting this week at:

- Sunday at 3pm

- Trentham Memorial Park carpark, the entrance is off Barton Ave, Upper Hutt. We'll meet beside the cricket clubrooms (see the map below). From there we'll wander across the field to the bottom of Moonshine Park.

We will supply the discs and the course, you just bring yourself, your friends and whanau along :)

I am away but Coach Carson will be there.

This Sunday (23rd August) metservice promises some rain in the morning but a sunny afternoon. So let's get out and make the best of a soggy weekend.

If you would like to come out for some free beginners disc golf lessons we are meeting this week at:

- Sunday 3pm, Harcourt Park, Akatawara Rd, Upper Hutt. The main carpark by the big playground with flying fox.

We coach complete beginners, experienced players who want some advice, kids, adults and any other demographic that wants to join in.
The DGS NZ coaches will supply the discs and the course, you just bring yourself, your friends and whanau along :)

I also want to welcome back both Jacob Rice and Kyran Lincoln who both represented NZ at the Junior World Champs. Both did us proud and are in the top 130 and 50 in the World in their respective divisions. Well done, proud of you both. (Picture of Worlds course for reference)
