One conversation can be the beginning of feeling heard, understood, and supported.

Whenever you're ready to talk, we're here to walk alongside you.

A safer community is built through kindness, connection, and support.

By listening without judgement, checking in, and showing care, we can all help create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and supported.

Every act of support matters.

A common misconception is that support means telling someone what they should do.

In reality, meaningful support starts with listening, sharing information, and respecting that every person's circumstances are different.

When people are supported to make informed decisions in their own time, they can move forward in the way that feels right for them.

Whether you're looking for information, support, or someone to listen, we'll meet you where you are.

19/08/2026

Communities thrive when people know they will be met with understanding rather than judgement.

By choosing empathy, respect, and connection, we help create a place where everyone feels they belong.

Supporting someone doesn't mean taking over.

It means listening, understanding, and being there as they make the decisions that feel right for them, in their own time.

💛 Kia ora whānau, we need a little help from our amazing community! 💛

We’re currently on the lookout for 2 x comfy two-seater couches to help make our space feel a little more welcoming, comfortable and homely.

If you have a two-seater couch in good, clean condition that you no longer need and would be happy to donate, we’d be incredibly grateful. 🙏🏽

Please send us a message if you’re able to help, or feel free to share this post so we can reach someone who might be able to.

Every little bit of support makes a difference.

Ngā mihi nui to our wonderful community for always getting behind us! 💛
