βJiu-jitsu is not just a sport; jiu-jitsu is a philosophy and it is at the root of everything we do.β
It was an honor to write the forward for his new book, Breathe, and to talk about jiu-jitsu and life on the podcast.

So amazed and grateful to have a 5th degree black belt teaching here today. Also, 3 BJJ black belts and a brown belt on the mats?! Pretty big for Timaru eh.
A huge thank you to for sharing some beautiful jiu jitsu with us all. It was a huge honour to have you on our mats and everyone loved the seminar. Loved the little details and so great to roll with, you were very kind. π
Thank you for bringing a van load of legends from Queenstown and for your support, it means so so much. As Professor Rodrigo said, together we are stronger and the jiu jitsu whanau is ever growing. Canβt wait to come visit you guys soon!
