The glutes you’ve built training 3x a week give you away every time. 🍑😂

Some things just can’t be hidden.

Strong legs, strong glutes, strong you, turns out lifting heavy comes with a few side effects. 😉

Come build yours. Start with the Intro Pass, 4 sessions to try out our sessions, we’ll guide the rest. 🤍

Rebecca joined Boss Mums 2.5 years ago looking for something to keep her active.

No big targets. No weight-loss goal. Every six-weekly check-in with Carrie, the answer was the same: just keep coming.

That wasn’t her being unmotivated. That was her building the one thing that actually matters first, the habit.👏👏

Then, about six months ago, something shifted. She started using everything Boss Mums offers, proper coaching to nail her technique, real rest and recovery between sessions, eating more to fuel her training instead of eating less to shrink herself. And a completely different set of results started showing up.🫶🏻

In her words: “Boss Mums Fitness is not just a gym. It’s a pillar in your lifestyle.”

This is what happens when you stop chasing results and build the habit first. The rest follows.
Consistency beats intensity every time.

If training over 30 feels different, it’s because it is.

Your body changes as you move through your 30s and beyond , muscle and bone need more protection, recovery matters more, and the old “just do more” approach stops working.

But so many women are still training the way they always have, wondering why they feel stuck. 🥲

Swipe to read Emma’s non-negotables. None of it is about being perfect. It’s about doing the right things, consistently, with people who know how to guide you.🫶🏻

Save this one.

Consistency isn’t about being at 100% every session. ❌

It’s about showing up in whatever way you can, on the good days and the hard ones. Those messy, tired, “I almost didn’t come” days count just as much as the strong ones, sometimes more.✅

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up.

This is your reminder that every day counts.
