A massive thank you to Pop 'n' Good Popcorn who provided popcorn for every single participant at this years 2026 Waipa & Surrounds Interschools GymFest and Te Awamutu Recreational Gymnastics Competition - thats close to 650 bags of popcorn 🍿 😮

This was super generous and a lovely treat to reward our gymnasts 🤸‍♀️

Thank you to Phase Electrical for coming out to upgrade our lighting in our downstairs space, we've gone from some seriously dodgy old school hanging lights to some beautiful LED battens. What a lovely bright space we now have 💡

We're looking forward to seeing this space transform from storage into more usable gym space 🙌

Does anyone have a copy of today's Waikato Times our club is able to have?
We have a few families keen for a copy, so 2 or 3 would be amazing 🙏

A massive thank you to Stage & Seating Hire NZ and COGS South Waikato for sponsoring the grandstand for the events held at our gym over the past 3 days!
As you can see, seating is as important to a gymnastics event as our gym equipment 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

This is our second year of using Stage and Seating Hire NZ, Chris is awesome to deal with and does a great job of setting up and packing down the grandstand, we highly recommend!

What an amazing 3 days of events we have had at our gym!

Our home baking was such a hit, that we sold out of almost everything today 🙈

🐝 WORKING BEE 🐝

A reminder we have our working bee this weekend Saturday and Sunday 1-4pm.

We're in desperate need of more helpers, we have a membership of 200 but, have only had 3 people put their hands up to help.
With our competitions next week, we need a hand to clean our gym, and set up gym equipment. We also have some equipment that needs to be brought over from Cambridge.

If you can help for an hour or 2 on either day we would be super grateful for the support.
