Supplying a venue, equipment and training to those with the motivation and desire to push themselves to new levels of fitness PTs are avilable by appointment.
The trainstation training facility is an exclusive gym with keypad access to the selected, catering in free weights, pin loaded machines and circuit training facilities. There are no contracts and the gym is always avialbale. All the best supplements are available at the best rates with expert advice.
