6 weeks and 6 days out for our 4 person team before we take on the PCA Aussie Pro Am and nationals.

Richie our newbie fresh from a huge total winning the GPC nationals two weeks ago and coming in fast for his debut. Will be a force.

Lisa always on point, committing hard from a long way out and now dealing with a change in jobs but would put my money on it to bring her best yet!

Alex. No one lives the life more, has more dedication and pushes harder than him, sure to bring his always high standard and place accordingly.

Myself. Also 2 weeks post powerlifting nationals, have a vision where I want to be, some ways to go but have much support will dig deep.

Will start posting more updates and keep you all in the loop but many many thankyous for your support.

It's with great pleasure i officially announce top NZ powerlifter and coach Richard De Reeper will be joining the ASA international team and making his his stage debut in the PCA Aussie champs and pro qualifier in Melbourne in October 💪

Officially announcing that Lisa Weir will be joining us on stage in the PCA Melbourne tour 🥳

14 weeks out and a great double train and double cardio day yesterday down here in TA as we begin to crank things up.

Things are getting exciting 💪

Next train will be up at Cartel in 2 weeks for anyone wanting to join us.

Congrats to Angela Wilkinson taking out her class at the South Auckland power lifting champs and Kim McKenzie coming third in masters 3lift with both setting NZ records along the way!

Was great to be able to present the winnings of the melbourne tour prize to the winner Gem Bug yesterday!

Thankyou for all entries, much appreciated. We have a couple of sample jackets arriving this week that we are trailing for NZ team kit suitability.

And so far we have four athletes confirmed with potentially 2 more yet.
