TINANA MOBILITY & BREATHWORK is here!

Life has a way of catching up with us. Stress, long hours, sore backs, tight hips, old injuries and busy schedules all take their toll on our tinana.

These sessions are designed to help you slow down, move better, breathe with purpose and reset your body in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Whether you've never stretched before or you're simply looking for time to reconnect with yourself, this class is for you.

Starting next Mon 31st August:

Monday – 6am - 7am
Friday – 5pm - 6pm

Open to all adults - members and non members. No fitness or flexibility required.

Current Unified MMA members - classes are free as part of your membership. Please book your spot through the member portal or app.
