Exciting week of learning with two back to back courses at Institute! Upskilling on more visceral work, followed by refresher of the initial neural course I did. Good to combine all the techniques together and validate how the body responds to both components. Looking forward to August for the next set of learning 😊

Our internal organs work harder than we think when we start compensating for old injuries, and can hold on to tension in our bodies that just wont let go, despite doing every treatment under the sun!
I had an amazing time at the Barral Institute finding out how to release these tensions and experienced first hand the effectiveness of these treatments.
Excited to build this new modality into my clinical practice!

Christmas for us is embarking on an adventure, enjoying the day and keeping it easy. No pressure of gifts, only time spent together as a family and having fun.
