Whether you’ve got little ones at home, the kids have a teacher only day, or you just need somewhere to burn off some energy after school, we’re open!

Already love visiting us on the weekend? Nothing’s changing! 💜
Our Saturday & Sunday sessions will continue as normal, with 1-hour and 2-hour sessions starting on the hour. We’re simply adding weekday opening hours so there are even more opportunities to visit SlamJump!

A quick note for weekday visits: Weekday play is parent/caregiver supervised, so we ask that children remain under the active supervision of their accompanying adult while enjoying SlamJump.

🎉 Session Times🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came and visited us these school holidays! We were absolutely blown away by the support, and we're so happy to hear that so many families had an awesome time. 💜🧡

These school holidays, we trialled scheduled session times with our new online booking system. Every session across the holidays was fully booked, and parents raved about how much they loved the capacity limits, which gave everyone plenty of room to jump, play, and enjoy the venue, especially for the little ones!

Because of how well it worked, sessions times are now a permanent part of SlamJump!

🎟️ You can now book:
✅ 1-hour sessions
✅ 2-hour sessions

⏰ Sessions start every hour from 9:00am through to 5:00pm.

We highly recommend booking online before you arrive to guarantee your entry. If there is still space available, we'll happily accept walk-ins, but entry can't always be guaranteed.

As always, birthday party guests still receive unlimited play before and after their party room time, so nothing has changed for birthday bookings.

🚧 What's next?

We'll be closed Monday to Friday until further notice while we continue improving the venue. Weekend sessions will continue as normal!

We're working on some exciting additions, including:

🧗 A bouldering wall
☕ A kitchen/café (hot coffees incoming!)
🦘 Plans to extend our trampoline park by replacing the inflatable slide with even more trampolines
👶 A custom-built toddler area featuring its own slide and toddler trampoline

We're excited to announce that online bookings are now available for the upcoming school holidays!

You can now choose either a 1-hour or 2-hour jump session, with live capacity updates so you'll know exactly what's available before you book.

✅ Walk-ins are welcome! However, entry is subject to availability, so we highly recommend booking online to guarantee your preferred session.

Already have tickets?

If you purchased general admission tickets before our new booking system was introduced, don't worry—your tickets are still valid for a 2-hour session.

Simply reply to your original booking confirmation email with your preferred date and session time, and we'll book you into the system for you. This also applies to birthday return passes, which are stored digitally in our system.

🎉 Planning a birthday? Our birthday party packages are still available every weekend throughout the school holidays! Bookings can be made through our website as usual.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

After operating exclusively for booked birthday parties, we have made the decision to continue with a booking-only model until further notice.

As a result, SlamJump will not be offering General Admission sessions until further notice.

Going forward, SlamJump will be available for:

SlamJump will also not be open for regular weekday sessions during this time.

For customers who have already purchased General Admission tickets, your tickets will remain valid and can be used when General Admission sessions return.

IMPORTANT UPDATE – SUNDAY 14 JUNE

SlamJump will not be open for general admission on Sunday 14 June.

While we are incredibly grateful for the support from the community, we recognise that some guests have not had the experience we want them to have.

To help improve the experience for our customers and ensure we can properly accommodate the birthday parties already booked, we have made the decision not to offer general admission tomorrow.

We understand this may be disappointing for families who were planning to visit, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support as we work through the challenges of our opening period. We are listening to your feedback and remain committed to making SlamJump a safe and fantastic experience for all our guests.

Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who visited SlamJump during our opening weekend. The support from the Tauranga community has been absolutely amazing, and it was fantastic seeing so many kids and families having fun together. Seeing the smiles on everyone's faces made all the hard work worthwhile!

We also wanted to address some feedback we've received. Some guests noticed that a few of the attractions we have advertised are not yet available, including our bouldering wall, toddler area, and the remaining sections of our adventure playground.

Unfortunately, due to shipping and installation delays, these attractions were not ready in time for opening. We faced a difficult decision: delay opening once again or open with the attractions that were ready. We chose to open so families could start enjoying SlamJump while we complete the final stages of the venue.

With more very busy weekends ahead, including a large number of birthday parties, we want to be transparent with everyone. While there is still plenty of fun to be had with our trampolines, foam pit, giant inflatable slide, and adventure playground, families wanting to experience the full SlamJump experience may wish to visit a little later once all attractions are operational and visitor numbers begin to settle.

If you're planning a general admission visit, we recommend considering a visit a little later once more of our attractions are up and running. This will allow your family to experience more of what SlamJump has to offer while enjoying a quieter and more relaxed environment.

This will not only allow you to enjoy everything we have to offer, but it will also help create a more enjoyable environment, ensuring children and families can get the most out of their visit.

We're working as quickly as possible to complete the remaining attractions and expect to begin work on some of the larger installations after the July school holidays.

We are incredibly excited to welcome every to SlamJump this Saturday! The response from the community has been absolutely amazing, and we already have 53 birthday parties booked across our first two weekends. 🤯

Due to the overwhelming demand we've seen leading up to opening, we are expecting the first two weekends to be extremely busy.

To give as many families as possible the opportunity to experience SlamJump during our opening weeks, general admission will operate in timed play sessions for the first two weekends.

📅 Saturday 6 June – Sunday 7 June
📅 Saturday 13 June – Sunday 14 June

General Admission Sessions
9:30am – 11:30am
11:30am – 1:30pm
1:30pm – 3:30pm
3:30pm – 5:00pm

Please note:

✅ Birthday party bookings are guaranteed entry and are not affected by these sessions times.
✅ General admission remains first come, first served. Entry is not guaranteed.
✅ Once a session reaches capacity, no further admissions will be available for that session.
✅ We recommend arriving approximately 15 minutes before the start of your preferred session.
✅ Online ticket purchases do not guarantee admission to a specific session and remain subject to venue capacity, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
✅ No re-entry will be available once you leave the venue.
✅ Different coloured wristbands will be used for each session.
✅ Seating is first come, first served and cannot be reserved.

🍎 FOOD & DRINKS

As our kitchen won't be operating yet, we will allow small food items, snacks and drinks to be brought into the venue.

After your play session, we highly recommend visiting Plentie Café at Baypark Arena for a coffee, lunch, or a bite to eat while the next group gets their turn to enjoy the park.

We know some families may miss out on their preferred session, but these measures will help ensure as many people as possible get the opportunity to experience SlamJump during our opening weeks safely and comfortably.
