Our AGM is scheduled for Sunday 23rd August 2026 5pm at the Greerton Social, with dinner to follow for those who would like to stay on.

From the McLaren Falls Equestrian group -

McLaren Falls Equestrian Park is completly closed for ANY equestrian use (including hacking and jumping) on the 8th and 9th of September. The Zespri AIMS Games Orienteering phase is taking place on the 8th/9th September using the entire wider park area, so for safety reasons, no horses are allowed up there on these dates.

Please mark these dates on your calendar to prevent any confusion & please share far and wide 😁

Roll up, roll up and come perfect your arena craft skills. Cross your fingers that the weather gods provide a beautiful day for our next rally this Sunday at the Tauranga Racecourse. 🐴🐴

Kicking off at 10am through until 1pm followed by a shared lunch. All welcome.

**Important notice**
Our rally scheduled for tomorrow, 28th June, has been postponed. It has been very wet this week and given it is still pretty wet under foot, the last thing we want to be doing is damaging the grounds.
The new date is next Sunday, 5th July. Same time, same format. See you all then!

Wowsers!! Only a couple of weeks to go before our next rally - Straight Lines & Introducing Lateral Movements.

Ever wondered why your horse can travel straight in the paddock but under saddle the wheels are wobbly? How do those riders get their horse to move sideways across the arena? Then come along to the rally and have a go. Everyone is welcome and all levels are catered for as we demystify dressage. 🦄🦄

Don't forget we also end with a shared lunch so bring a plate and join us as we discuss the day, share a laugh and answer any questions you might have.

Excellent news 🎉 Racing have confirmed the track crossing is all good to go again ready for the long weekend! The grounds are booked out for Friday - Sunday but are available Monday so get in touch if you’d like to book 🎉

A huge thank you to the team at Racing Tauranga for the super quick fix after the rain washed away the majority of the crossing!

This Easter Weekend, Tauranga Racecourse will be transformed into a one of a kind pop up golf driving range.

Brought to you by the team that delivered Pins & Pours at the Bay Oval earlier this year, this exclusive event runs from April 3rd – 5th.

The Clubroom Tauranga is offering the community the rare opportunity to hit golf balls from within the iconic racecourse grounds. With 12 purpose-built range bays set up on the field, golfers can hit the ball distances of over 280 metres.

Join us for a fun, truly unique golfing experience this Easter.
