One of our favourite little hidden spots at Fernland Spa is our foot bath area 🌿

Feet in, mineral water flowing and nature all around- it’s the perfect little spot to sit back, relax and enjoy some quality time together after your soak, or while catching up over coffee or something delicious from our café.

Sometimes, all you need is a little time to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the moment! 😌♨️

A little piece of Tauranga history…

Since 1968, Fernland Spa has been a place for relaxation, connection and rejuvenation.

What began as a 2.5-hectare block of undeveloped land became Tauranga’s original thermal mineral springs after geothermal water was discovered beneath the property. In 1975, Fernland Spa Hot Pools officially opened to the public, beginning a legacy that has now spanned generations.

Through decades of change, Fernland Spa has continued to evolve while staying true to what makes it special-its natural mineral waters, peaceful surroundings and the simple joy of slowing down.

Today, Fernland Spa welcomes locals and visitors from around the world, with generations of memories made here. 🌿💧

Our signature soak experience includes our outdoor hot tubs, cold plunge pool, main mineral pool and decking/foot spa area and is available daily from 10am-8.45pm. Adults $32, seniors $22.
Discounted concession passes are also available.
