About your host: Kate has been in the Natural Therapies Industry for over 20 years. Is the owner of KS Massage Therapy and Second Nature Botanicals. Is the mother of 2 beautiful boys age 7 and 9 years old. Is extremely passionate about Natural Therapies and loves hosting her release and let go womens circles. Trained in Reiki, Natural Therapies, Massage and Diploma in Pregnancy massage.

You will leave the retreat feeling rested, lighter, balanced and restored.
