Let us light a candle in remembrance, share a moment of silence, and show that, even from afar, we stand together with Nepal in this time of profound sorrow.

Yesterday’s devastating floods and landslides in Nepal have left families grieving, communities destroyed, and many people still missing. Our deepest condolences to everyone who has lost their loved ones. Our thoughts and prayers are with the affected families, and we sincerely hope for the safe rescue of everyone still unaccounted for.

Right now, what matters most is staying safe, standing together, and helping wherever we can.

To Nepalis at home and around the world: please contribute in whatever way you can. Food, medicine, clothing, financial support, or essential supplies can make a real difference to families going through this tragedy.

🏏Danphe Cricket Club vs Tauranga Strikers🏏

It was an exciting two-game friendly cricket match between Danphe Cricket Club and Tauranga Strikers, with both teams showcasing great batting, bowling and competitive spirit.🎊

Game 1: Danphe Cricket Club scored 167 all out in 22.2 overs, led by a brilliant 55 off 23 balls from Radhe, while Bishal B added 24. Bivek Thapa was the standout bowler with 2/30. Tauranga Strikers chased the target successfully, finishing 171/5 in 22.1 overs. Mintu’s unbeaten 63 off 38 balls was the key contribution, supported by Preet (31) and Jagroop (23), giving Tauranga a 5-wicket win.

Game 2: Danphe came back strongly, posting an impressive 208/8 in 25 overs. Radhe once again led the way with a spectacular 80 off 31 balls, including 6 fours and 8 sixes. Ajit scored 33, Ranjan Yadav 27 and Raj 20. In reply, Tauranga Strikers reached 104/5 after 16 overs before rain stopped play, bringing the game to an early end with no result.
