We’ve made our official Tākaro, Te Reo in Fitness pledge, and we’d love our wāhine and wider True whānau to get involved!

Give te reo Māori a go this week, whether it’s learning a new kupu, counting your reps in te reo, using kia ora around the gym, listening to waiata Māori, or joining in with our challenges. 💙
