Did I have an interesting afternoon.
Roger Land, an absolute legend of the pioneers of our surfing history came to visit to give us the provence of a very rare balsa core board he built.
With him came a treasure trove of history. Including old ads, photos and a piece of gold.
The original order form for Wayne Parkes first custom surfboard.
The board on the right of the lineup is the one.
Amazing.
