Hi everyone please head over to this new page, Kahukura and Reporoa are looking at a combined team for 2026.

We are back for 2025! One week until competition kicks off and we are looking for a few more players.
If you are under 21 any weight or if you are under 85kg come and get involved.

Another season comes to a close, after a loss in the 2nd round of the National u85kg cup to Fraser Tech of Waikato.
We got off to great start with tries to Connar Flavel and Carlos Allen and a Isaac Stephenson conversion but it wasn't enough to hold out, going down 29-12 in the end.
Big thanks to the players from other Rotorua clubs who came in to help out, hope you enjoyed a taste of u85kg footy. POD Corban Selwyn.

Great to play against the Kiokio Cattle Dogs on Saturday. The game went down to the wire with Kiokio scoring in the last minute and having a sideline conversion to tie the game up. Fortunatley for us their goalkicker, who had already nailed two kicks from the sideline, pushed his attempt wide leaving the score 31-29 in our favour.
Tries were scored by Blayd Collier, Isaac Stephenson and 2 to Connar Flavell. Darcy McGreevy took out POD.
Next Saturday is a tough assignment, away to Waikato U85kg Rugby runners up Fraser Tech.

First round of the Under85kg National Cup starts this Saturday with a home game vs Kiokio United Cattle Dogs from King Country.

We have exciting news for all U85ers out there! A New Zealand U85kg team will be selected to travel to South Asia in 2025 ✈️

The touring side will be selected from the 2024 U85kg National Club Cup competition, alongside any existing U85kg teams competing in their respective club competitions across the country.

So, we have extended the registration deadline, which will now close on 15 July 2024.
