Hey guys! I have recently finished studying to be a Personal Trainer so thought now would be a good time to set up my small business 🥰. The reasoning behind “Peach me by Liv”: 6 months ago I was very unhappy & got myself into a bad mental state. To put it straight, I became the worst version of myself. I was too scared to go to the gym because I didn’t know what to do & I didn’t want other people to see me.... (this is where Peach me by Liv comes in) so I decided to go & study to be a Personal Trainer in hopes that one day I am able to open my women’s only gym “Peach me” & help other women that were in the same position as me feel comfortable in becoming better. My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help young women feel empowered & confident in their own body & help them become the best version of themselves 🥰. I aim to help better my clients mental health through fitness & strive to be there for my clients when they need that extra bit of support when they are down.
