What a way to finish our Powerlifting Workshop Series!

Our Deadlift Workshop delivered exactly what we wanted — PBs were broken, technique improved, and some members who had never deadlifted before walked away confident enough to add the movement into their training.

And that's the real win.

It's not just about lifting more weight. It's about understanding how to lift, building confidence and giving our members the knowledge to train safely and effectively.
