🌟 PINE CONE FUNDRAISER 🌟

We have a fantastic opportunity to collect, bag and sell Pine Cones from a local address around West Melton.

We need your help with collecting and bagging the Pine Cones on Saturday 5th September 9am-12pm.

If you can help with collecting and bagging, and/or supplying the bags (animal feed bags) then please email or message Admin and we will advise further details. We can either pickup from you (depending on location), or you can drop at the Rolleston Gym.

This will be a great fun experience for our Gymnasts to get together outside of the gym, get some exercise and help raise some money for our Club.

Even if you could come for an hour on the Saturday morning that would be fantastic!!!

A reminder our AGM is on Tuesday 30th June at 7pm at Two Fat Possums in West Melton.

Annual General Meeting starts at 7.00pm

Committee Meeting will start at 7.45pm.

Our club is a not for profit community based organisation, and is run almost completely by volunteers (even paid coaches and admin do a lot of voluntary hours to keep the club running).

Being on the committee only takes a couple of hours a month but provides a lot of extra support. Please contact admin to find out more about what help you can offer.

The committee will be putting on a couple of platters of food or pizza, so we look forward to seeing you there.

We will be discussing our recent very successful Best of the West Competition.
Fundraising plan for the rest of the year.
Our financial position will be outlined both as at 31st March 2026 and current financial position.
