Hi, I’m Kate!

Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years. I teach Vinyasa Flow classes that encourage you to build strength, improve mobility, move with intention, and challenge yourself while keeping a steady breath and a relaxed mind. My hope is that you’ll leave feeling stronger, more present, and a little lighter than when you walked in.

I am now going to be teaching Sunday's at 9am here at Formé and would love you to come and join me.

LADIES, booking now open for a Yoga Sunday session with Kate 🫶 we're going to trial the class for the next 4 weeks so if it's one you want to stick around, show your support and get booked in! ❤️

🔐 GYM DOOR ACCESS UPDATE

Ladies, a little heads-up! 🫶

Over the next little while, all members will receive an email asking you to download a new door access app called E-LOK.

YES — the email is from us.
YES — you do need to download the app. 😂

The good news? It’s super simple to use and will make managing door access much easier for everyone.

We’ll be adding you all to the new system one by one… all of you… individually… Lord give us strength. 😂🙏

Please download E-Lok now and use the email you used to connect your membership. You can find this in your Glofox app, settings. Or...you can wait to receive the email from us and it will give you the email and a one time password.

⚠️ Please DO NOT delete the Ajax app just yet!

We’re getting everything in place behind the scenes and need to make sure everyone is active on E-LOK before we officially switch over.

Keep using Ajax for door access for now.

We’ll let you know as soon as E-LOK is officially LIVE and ready to use for gym access. 🫶
