If you are interested in learning the basics of Freediving or looking for dive buddies in Nelson area, we train twice a week in the local pool to practice breath control & underwater technique.

It is great for fitness and anyone that wants to build their breath hold capacity. Our group is diverse and includes beginners, spearo's, & competition divers.
