But I do believe it's always an important reminder, for anyone, a reminder to stay in your lane and design your own roads.

Your vehicle is unique and can only move forwards when it is on your road and only yours.

P.S. I can vouch that, the older you get the easier it gets to worry less about the things that dont matter, and have more energy to mind the things that do matter.

No matter what you do. Some people will not like you. Especially in the fitness industry. So you may aswell be disliked for doing too much, than not enough!

I often think about all the people in my life who said I wouldn't make it, that said I wasn't smart enough, you have to be an extrovert, its all about what you know and you don't know enough or your too depressed, anxious or crazy to help others....

Someone like me should just work for someone else because you can't handle the stress of being a boss.

"You swear too much and look rough" or "being a PT isn't a real job"...

Remember this for the next time someone tells you that you aren't good enough, losers focus on winners and winners focus on winning.

Go an win big for all those people who don't want you to or say that you can't.

The greatest comeback to people who have done you wrong is not retaliation, but success! Nothing kills people more than seeing you do well for yourself 👊
